TaSin was referred to us by a good friend of mine.......and I can't thank him enough for the referral! TaSin was an amazing photographer and ended up being the most important investment for the celebration!
We hired TaSin to photograph my daughter's 3rd birthday party because we learned from her previous birthday that it's impossible to host AND take the necessary pics to capture all of the precious memories being made. TaSin didn't just take pictures......she created art with her camera and it shows in the quality of the pictures. One thing I can say is I can take a decent shot.......but I can't even begin to attempt to compare with the awesome photography she provided us with. I mean, there's no way around it - she has the "eye". She sees things though the lens that the average person just doesn't see.
Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache and hire TaSin for your special event. I know she'll be photographing all of our family events moving forward!! Thank you, TaSin!
Oh, and let me not forget, she had the pictures to us super fast! She gave us an estimated timeframe of when to expect them back and she beat that timing by a large margin. I'm sure that has something to do with her current workload but hey, it was still awesome...can't leave that out!

TaSin was recommended to us by our wedding planner and I am sooooo glad she did. We booked TaSin to photograph our 2 day wedding on 8/18/17 & 8/19/17 (Ceremony on one night in SF, reception the next night in Oakland) which was a tall order I must say. TaSin has several packages listed on her website and she worked with us to make a modified Gold Package work to fit our two day needs. Booking was seamless, all communication was via email and payments were made through pay pal.
Now let me tell you about her amazing work! TaSin arrived right on time at our get ready hotel (which was chaos at the time - picture moms and bridesmaids getting ready in every inch of the suite), introduced herself, asked for a volunteer to help her stage and IMMEDIATELY got to work. She got all of the important shots, special ones with me, my mom and godmother and still beat the guests to the ceremony venue in SF during rush hour traffic to get all of the venue shots before guests arrived. I don't even remember seeing her during the ceremony, that's how perfectly "out of the way" she was. After the ceremony we took pictures outside and she made magic happen on a very foggy day in SF. When I saw the pictures I was AMAZED at how much light she was able to coax out of those shots. Just magical.
The reception day she was just as perfect. Here is a direct quote from our wedding planner "From the moment TaSin arrived she had a mission. She was everywhere snapping everything and was quite efficient to be a solo photographer. She was able to snap photos of the decor and still get all of the "must have" shots." Again, it was a VERY foggy night and our venue lighting was very moody and she managed to capture amazing candid photos which is what we wanted for the reception day.
My favorite thing about TaSin is that she has no problem controlling a shot, politely asking nosey guests and entranced family members to step back out of her shot. This is something I really appreciate because the last thing I wanted to see in our wedding photos is our family awkwardly positioned in the pic with their point and shoots, just saying!
TaSin did our 2 day wedding without an assistant, which I know was a daunting task and she performed it efficiently and with a great attitude BOTH days! TaSin exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds.

TaSin is amazing. She photographed our wedding beautifully and dutifully. Always in the back, not bothering us throughout. We took pictures right after the ceremony, but not too long so we could still go back and enjoy the party. We are two women and that can be daunting when planning weddings. In the age of refusing to bake cakes for gay weddings, I was naturally nervous. TaSin was great and never skipped a beat.
We bought a reasonably priced package and she was way in our budget unlike some of the photographers we called first. Many were thousands more and actually offering less. Her price was right, her portfolio was great and we definitely loved her work. She was very communicative, timely, and a general pleasure to work with.
Definitely book your wedding and other photography with her!

I found TaSin on yelp and after reading the reviews I went and checked out her website. I noticed that there were some people I knew on there, and decided to go with TaSin for my family photos, as we just had a new addition to our family. The day we scheduled it was raining hard so we had to switch locations and used my friends house. TaSin took awesome pictures and really captured our families essence. She was patient with all three of my kids and super creative with posing us. TaSin is now our family photographer! You will not be disappointed with your pictures if you use TaSin!!!!

TaSin was beyond amazing and so accommodating! I booked a VERY last minute surprise photo shoot for my parents as a Christmas gift and she knew exactly what to do! The location she chose was perfect and the photos came out even better than I had imagined! She was so patient with my parent and always made sure they were comfortable.
We will definitely be booking more shoots with TaSin. She gave a moments we will never forget 🙂

Tasin photographed my family of four plus parent and sis inlaws last summer. Even though I like to think I take good photos, I knew there's no way I can photograph my family myself. We needed a professional and there's nothing I hate more than the posed photos you get at the mall.
I was familiar with Tasin's work as she photographed some kids probono for the nonprofit I work for. They hung her photos in the lobby and I appreciated the photojournalistic style, the great angles and lighting.
Tasin was so easy to work and offered good prices when compared to others at her level. She has a great eye and was able to direct my family, which includes two little rascally girls plus grandparents. She would gently guide us if we had an "off" pose, which is what I wanted since there's nothing worse than a great photo ruined by somebody slouching or somebody's arm covering their face. She captured many beautiful moments and our personalities in over 400 images. The photos were exactly what I wanted.
The photos came back in a timely manner and I bought the disk with all our images.
I think I look at our photo album once a week and hung a set in our house. As my kids get older I am truly grateful to have invested in a great photographer to capture them at this time. We plan to do a photo session every year.

TaSin Sabir photographed my wedding and I am still raving about her professionalism, creativity and her eye for incredibly unique and interesting shots. As I learned, she is not just a photographer, but also a painter/artist. Somehow this (her being an artist) makes her photography even more artistic and refreshing. I can't say enough about her work. We gasped when we saw some of our wedding pictures! I also liked how unobtrusive she was during the wedding. She was everywhere and nowhere which I LOVED. TaSin is very flexible and got our pictures to us in a timely manner. Overall, I was impressed with her work and would hire her again!!!

Looking through our wedding album, I cannot thank Ms. TaSin enough! She created art for us. Each photograph is individually beautiful on its own. She captured both the candid moments and the posed family series so amazingly.
In addition, during the wedding, our family and friends were commenting on TaSin's professional, warm, and peaceful presence, everyone impressively noting, "Wow! She knows what she's doing!"

Tasin Sabir Photography is the ABSOLUTE best!!! Her gallery of work speaks for itself and I'm so happy that I found her to take graduation pictures for my husband and I. Tasin arrived early to the location and selected the most beautiful areas in the park to get the perfect shots. She was professional, kind, fun and patient during the entire shoot. Tasin provided us with several poses which helped us to relax so that she could capture us at our best angles. I HIGHLY recommend Tasin because she has a special eye for creating beautiful photos.
