Today I combined three things I love. Face painting, photography and cemeteries. The final product was a fun photo shoot at Oakland Mountain View Cemetery with model Mollie. The two designs I decided to paint are inspired by the doors of the mausoleum and the colorful leaves that line the pathways. Here are a few from the shoot. Leave a comment tell me what you think. If you are a model, a stylist, or a fellow cemetery lover and want to collaborate on an artistic project I’d love to hear from you.
‘Styling For The Cure’ — 3rd Annual Pamper Day for Breast Cancer Survivors – Oct. 26, 2013
Founded and hosted by Toshia Thompson of Savvy Accessories Salon in Oakland.
“Every year we take time to give back. On this day we aim to acknowledge, encourage and empower women who have been directly affected by this disease in one way or another. We want to remind them that they are beautiful and maybe lift someone’s self-esteem or just put a simple smile on a face…a joy in itself”, Toshia Thompson tells.

Here are my new business cards (front and back). It’s the hardest thing to pick two photos out of the millions that I have, or maybe it’s billions? Somehow I was able to make a decision. Even better news is that, after the pain and suffering of picking two photos that hopefully will make everyone who sees them want to hire me (wink wink), the printer sends me and email saying: “Hi TaSin. I write for the PsPrint Blog and I came across the business cards you ordered. I’d love to include them in a blog series that showcases neat design printed here at PsPrint.” !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you tell how excited I was to get that email. Well the blog is up and you can check it here http://blog.psprint.com/printing/redwood-day-school-rock-scissor-paper/
